Refund Policy & Refund Eligibility
Students are eligible for a 100% refund if a refund request is made within 7 days of enrollment and no classes have been attended.
Once a student has attended even a single class, they will no longer be eligible for a refund.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, students must submit a written request via email to connect@speakinfinite.com
within 7 days of enrollment.
The request must include:
Student’s full name
Enrollment details
Reason for the refund request
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date the request is received.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Exceptions
No refunds will be issued once a student has attended at least one class, regardless of the reason for discontinuation.
Refunds are not applicable to any additional resources, materials, or services purchased separately from the course.
Cancellation Policy
Students may cancel their enrollment at any time. However, no refund will be provided if the cancellation occurs after attending one or more classes.
Course Transfer
Students may request to transfer to another course within the 7-day refund window, subject to availability.
Any difference in course fees will be adjusted accordingly.
